AC/DC Motors

Invincible Rewinds can offer Industrial AC Electric Motors for all types of application from a wide range of stock.

Many Electric Motors including Foot and Flange Mounting AC motors, Braked Electric Motors, are held in stock, with other variations being available to order.

In addition to standard asynchronous AC motors Invincible Rewinds also supply a range of Inverter Integrated motors. These are especially useful as a replacement for the older mechanical variators.

DC motors and their associated controllers are also available along with full technical support.

A comprehensive range of standard permanent magnet and shunt wound DC motors, and are available. The entire range is characterized by a high degree of flexibility with motors being quickly adapted with brakes, tacho generators, and independent forced cooling or with a combination of these items. Standard motors are available ex-stock with options having a short lead-time.

Full service and repair of AC, DC and Slip Ring Motors can be carried out at our electric motor repair workshop by our team of highly skilled personnel, Invincible Rewinds ensure each repair is collected and returned in the shortest possible time. Not only is the electrical fault located and repaired, but all mechanical components are also checked and repaired. The machine is only returned to the customer when it has been thoroughly tested and is working to at least its original specification. With Class F insulation as a minimum standard, if required higher specification windings are available. A large range of reconditioned motors up to 75kw are available ex stock. Others can be supplied with a short lead time.

Motor Gear Units

A comprehensive range of Gearboxes and Variators from a number of manufacturers combining high quality and value for money are available from Invincible Rewinds.

Invincible Rewinds can offer a complete service for the repair or replacement of most clutch and/or brake coil we also carry a comprehensive range including some discontinued brake coils such as Neco and Brook.

Carbon Brush

Invincible Rewinds can offer a wide range standard carbon brushes and brush gear from the shelf, none standard and unidentified items can be bespoke made having a short lead time.

Inverter Drives/DC Control

We supply a wide range of electric motor controls for fixed speed and variable speed motor control, inverters, dc drives, soft starts, servo drives, phase converters and chokes and DC injection brake.

Our highly experienced team can manage repairs as small as broken swimming pool pumps to large pump systems for new housing developments. Types include boiler feed, multistage, between bearing, vertical, reciprocating, submersible, end suction, vacuum, diaphragm. balancing and preventative maintenance.

Invincible over the years has gained knowledge in the repair of most types of motorized drum to the extent that specialist tools have been designed and manufactured to speed up the process; spares are readily available from stock to ensure an economical repair.

New and refurbished Drums are also available from stock and special orders are available on a short lead time.
